Refund Policy
Membership Year
Because WSHA is a dues based organization, WSHA
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The WSHA membership calendar year runs from July
1st through June 30th. When
you join WSHA, you will be charged for a full-year membership, regardless of
the month you join.
There is a 24 hour approval window for membership during normal business days.
The purchase of events online is subject to approval and membership confirmation.
Refund of
WSHA Membership and Events
Refunds are not offered on WSHA memberships or events. All Sales are Final.
Transfer of WSHA Membership
WSHA Memberships are non-transferable.
All Sales are Final.
Cancellation of WSHA Membership and Events
Overpayment Refund
Where an error has been made by WSHA or a banking facility which results in an
overpayment being made, the Membership Chair may, in consultation with the
member, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the membership, or
alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be
sent within 30 days to the members on file address. Where a member is
responsible for the overpayment, the amount will be credited to the membership.
Terms and Conditions of Membership Products and
Services
The WSHA policy only allows services to be provided to members in good
standing. If a member fails to pay their membership dues within one (1) month
of the due date, the member will not be entitled to the privileges of a WSHA
membership. Membership in WSHA can be re-instated on payment of the dues.
Additional Costs incurred during the processing of
WSHA Membership Dues
The member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the WSHA
incurred in the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not
limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of
insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
Webinar’s – Once your registration is processed, we are unable to issue
a refund or cancel your registration. Because MP3 and MP4 files are
electronic products, WSHA is unable to refund your purchase after it has been
downloaded.
Event’s – Once you have registered for an event and the payment is
processed, we are unable to issue a refund or cancel your registration.
Online/On-Demand Educational Sessions – Because these files
contain audio, video, and textual content from our in-person programs and are
electronic products, WSHA is unable to refund your purchase after it has been
downloaded.
Merchandise Purchases – There are no refunds on products purchased.
Delivery and Shipping Method – Proceedings books are shipped via regular mail unless otherwise specified. Membership and event receipts are emailed through our system when you register for events online and provide your email address. We do not ship/mail a receipt unless otherwise requested or by contact our office. We are always more than happy to email or mail a copy of your event or membership purchase.
